Sloop Labs will review the platform, trace the movement of sensitive data, test the assumptions behind the current architecture, and give the team a prioritized plan.
Security and data flow
Map how user information moves across the frontend, backend, database, file storage, AI services, and outside integrations. Review access controls, encryption, secrets, logging, and de identification.
HIPAA readiness
Assess whether the current implementation is ready for the contracted HIPAA review. Identify the evidence, controls, and remediation work required before that process begins.
Architecture and technical debt
Examine the complete stack, including frontend, backend, database, hosting, AI integration, deployment, repository structure, test coverage, performance, and maintainability.

The audit assumes read access to the complete repositories, hosting configuration, database schema, and relevant vendor documentation. It includes up to three stakeholder interviews and one founder readout. Material penetration testing and legal certification are outside this scope.
